Panel discussion at the Slovenian Marketing Association member meetup

PhD researcher Rebeka Kropivšek Leskovar took part in a panel discussion titled Trendomania: What will shape the game in 2026?, organised by the Slovenian Marketing Association as part of its member meetup.

The discussion focused on key trends expected to shape consumer sentiments, the labour market, and technological development in the coming year. Rebeka was joined by national experts Laura Smrekar, Jernej Česen, and Matjaž Robinšak, representing the fields of human resources management, technological innovation, and consumer research.

During the panel, Rebeka highlighted the potential of artificial intelligence in non-technical fields, particularly in the humanities and social sciences. She emphasised that technological development should not be driven by innovation alone, but guided by careful consideration of its broader societal impacts.
