Our mission is to empower digital humanities and social science researchers to apply state of the art AI technologies, driving new discoveries and advancing knowledge in their fields. Consider collaborating with us through the following options:
- Training and support for humanities scholars
We offer general and tailored training to help digital humanities scholars increase their digital or AI literacy and empower them to take advantage of digital methods. Visit this page to explore our seminars, webinars, and tutorials. Visit this page to explore our micro-credential offerings. If you did not find what you were looking for, we also provide tailored training and expert support. Please complete the form below, outlining your research challenges, and we will recommend appropriate AI methodologies and tools.
- Project development support
We provide project support under the expectation that the Centre of Excellence in AI4DH is a funded partner in the proposal or that we host the applicant.
We offer expert assistance in identifying and articulating scientific challenges in AI for DH proposals.
We provide proposal writing support, with dedicated resources for both the scientific and non-scientific components of applications, through guidance and reviews. This support may also include workshops and mentorship programmes.
- Access to advanced computational infrastructure
AI4DH facilitates access to high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure featuring powerful GPU and CPU clusters dedicated to complex AI and digital humanities research tasks, enabling large-scale data processing, training of large language models, and multimodal analyses. Please visit this page to explore computational infrastructure.
- Guest research stay
The Centre welcomes guest researchers. Research stays are primarily intended for prospective applicants seeking project support, particularly those applying for ERC or MSCA fellowships to be hosted at the CoE. We also consider other types of visits, including research collaborations and internships for researchers at all career stages — from master’s and doctoral students to senior scholars.
